Your primary care provider may choose to refer you to a medical specialist. Referrals to specialists are only made when medically necessary and after seeing one of our primary care providers. Specialists include:

• Cardiology
• Dermatology
• Diabetes and Prediabetes Lifestyle Counseling (Healthy Living Coach)
• Gastro-Intestinal (GI)
• Hematology
• Neurology
• Nephrology
• Ophthalmology
• Podiatry
• Pulmonology
• Smoking Cessation (in conjunction with Tobacco Free Florida)
• Sports Medicine

All specialty care exams are free, but for those who can afford, a $5 donation is greatly appreciated!
