Diagnostics testing helps identify a patient’s health condition. They can be used to detect diseases, monitor health, and guide treatment. Laboratory tests such as blood tests and Imaging tests such as X-rays help healthcare professionals identify and understand a patient’s health condition, and devise personalized treatment plans.
All diagnostic testing required by Good Sam health care providers will be provided at no cost to the patient. We can not pay for diagnostic testing ordered by other healthcare providers and patients must use the appropriate referral form provided by Good Sam at the appropriate facilities that have arrangements with Good Sam.
