Good Sam’s operates a limited-hours pharmacy licensed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Prescriptions written by Good Sam healthcare providers are dispensed Tuesdays and Thursdays between 3pm and 6pm. All prescriptions are filled at no cost to the patient.
We can only fill prescriptions written by our providers. The only exception is for those prescriptions written in the past 30 days by Morton Plant North Bay Hospital, HCA Bayonet Point Hospital, HCA Trinity Hospital, AdventHealth North Pinellas Hospital and the Mobile Medical Unit of the State Attorney’s Office. Those prescriptions will be filled one time only as a courtesy and those patients will be encouraged to apply to become a Good Sam patient. Courtesy fills are limited to our existing pharmacy stock. We don’t fill prescriptions for controlled substances (“narcotics”).
